ECNL National Success

PDA’s tradition of excellence carried onto the national stage with multiple teams advancing in the prestigious ECNL Playoffs:

  • PDA Blue 2012, 2010, 2009, and 2008 all qualified for the ECNL Champions League, with the PDA Blue 2008 team reaching the Elite 8.
  • PDA White 2008 competed in the ECNL North American Cup.
  • PDA White 2008 ECNL-RL secured a berth in the ECNL-RL East Playoffs.

These achievements reflect the club’s depth of talent across age groups and platforms, with players consistently competing against the nation’s best.

Individual Honors

PDA players have also made their mark with standout individual recognition:

  • Tommi Valente (PDA Blue 06/07) and Deus Stanilaus (PDA Blue 2009) were named to the ECNL All-American list.
  • Across PDA Blue, White, and South, a combined 29 players earned ECNL All-Conference honors for the 2024-25 season.
  • In addition, Addison Halpern (PDA Blue 06/07), now starring at the University of Virginia, was named Gatorade National Player of the Year—cementing her status as one of the nation’s brightest young talents.

National Team Call-Ups

PDA’s impact stretches to the international stage as well. In 2025 alone, 20 current players and alumni have been called into U.S. youth and senior national team camps. This year’s list of call-ups features alumni such as Halpern, Riley Cross, Brianne Reed, Casey Phair, Emily Mason, and Courtney Brosnan, along with current standouts Amari Manning, Jayla Walton, Julia Zaldarriaga, and many more.

Professional Accolades

Several PDA alumni have continued to impress in the professional game:

  • Danielle Colaprico (Houston Dash, NWSL) who reached 200 regular season NWSL appearances earlier in the 2025 season.
  • Casey Murphy (North Carolina Courage, NWSL) made her 400th NWSL regular season save in August.
  • In the first season of the USL Super League, Meagan McClelland (Carolina Ascent FC, USL Super League) won the Golden Glove award.

A Legacy of Excellence

From championships to international appearances, PDA’s 2025 success reaffirms the club’s reputation as a premier pathway for girls aspiring to reach the highest levels of the game. The blend of team achievements and individual accolades reflects the culture of development that has long defined PDA.

With more playoffs, call-ups, and opportunities still to come, the year is shaping up to be one of the most decorated in PDA history.
