PDA PATHWAY MODEL

Our “Pathway Model” is very different from the “team-based” model that many local clubs employ. We do not think of PDA as a collection of “teams”. Instead, we have pools of players that compete across multiple platforms. We are always evaluating our players on a weekly basis in training and games. We believe strongly in our motto, "Development Through Competition" where players have the opportunity to compete at the highest level and move fluidly between rosters based on performance. This means select players will be rostered for matches to best support their development and many of our players may be rostered for more than one league. The MLS Next League, National Academy League (NAL) and ECNL-RL provide top tier national league play and first rate college showcase exposure for our older players.

We believe strongly in our “pathway model” and that our results (not just in terms of wins and losses, but also college, professional, and national team placement, etc.) testify to the effectiveness of our model.
