The Red Bull Girls National League wrapped up competition with the PDA Showcase. Designed as the league for the top 32 clubs in the country in the U15, U16 and U17 age groups, the league was very successful at putting top talent on the field in front of college coaches from across the country. Effective in the summer of 2009, the newly-formed Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), takes over for the Red Bull National League as the premier girls’ league in the country with U-15, U-16 and U-17 divisions. With 40 inaugural clubs, including PDA, the new league kicks off with the Eclipse Select Challenge Cup in Chicago, August 14-16.
